What are your fitness goals? What is helping or preventing you from accomplishing them?

I typically have very regimented fitness goals but lately things have been a bit too hectic to follow any real specifics.  I exercise regularly and watch what I eat but I guess this question can serving as a forcing function for me to get back on the wagon with some actual fitness goals.

  1. Drop a dress size and/or lose 10lbs
  2. Climb Mount Whitney
  3. Take Ballet fitness classes, regularly
  4. Attend at least one of my 6am classes each week

Wow, I am exhausted just thinking about it.  Probably not a good idea to write such a list while hungover - but that is for another day.
